Στηρίζουμε το Choose Love

Το κατάστημα Choose Love είναι το πρώτο κατάστημα στον κόσμο που πουλά πραγματικά προϊόντα για πρόσφυγες.

Κάθε είδος στο κατάστημά αυτό αντιπροσωπεύει ένα παρόμοιο προϊόν ή υπηρεσία που παρέχεται από ένα από τους 135 οργανισμούς που στηρίζουν σε όλο τον κόσμο. Όταν αγοράζετε ένα αντικείμενο στο Choose Love, το αντικείμενο αυτό φτάνει εκεί που το χρειαζόνται περισσότερο.

Κατά τα τελευταία τέσσερα χρόνια, αυτό το πρωτοποριακό μοντέλο έχει συγκεντρώσει εκατομμύρια, υποστηρίζε ευάλωτες κοινότητες προσφύγων και μεταναστών και δημιούργησε ένα κίνημα ανθρώπων που δίνουν αγάπη και αλληλεγγύη σε δράση σε όλο τον κόσμο.

Φέτος η Αthens Comics Library στηρίζει την καμπάνια του Choose Love, για να ενισχύσει τις δράσεις του και να επικοινωνήσει το έργο τους. Δημιουργούμε μαζί με τα παιδιά της βιβλιοθήκης μας και του Baytna Hub καλλιτεχνικά έργα με κεντρικό μήνυμα το Choose Love.

The Choose Love store is the world’s first shop that sells real products for refugees.

Every item in the store represents a similar product or service provided by one of over 135 projects they support around the world. When you buy an item at Choose Love, the team gets it to where it’s needed most.

Over the last four years this pioneering model has raised millions, supported displaced and vulnerable communities, and created a movement of people putting love and solidarity into action around the world.

Choose Love has ensured hundreds of people have been rescued at sea, while providing thousands of tents, sleeping bags and nearly 1.5 million hot meals. It has also enabled vital services, helping people on the long road to rebuilding their lives.

This year Athens Comics Library is supporting the launch campaign for Choose Love store, in order to promote their work and communicate them message of solidarity. Together with our children at the library and Baytna Hub we are getting all creative, with Choose Love at the heart of our work!
